Here is the detail:
 
Libeccio or Borea apartment, 1 week, 3 persons, € 410, for 2 persons € 340, instead of € 465

Scirocco apartment, 4 persone,1 week, € 485 instead of € 545

Mistral apartment, 6 persone, 1 week € 655 instead of € 710

Supplementary bed, where possible, for children up to 12 years, € 70 per week.

The prices include: bed kitchen and bathroom linen with weekly change, energy water and kitchen gaz comsumption, swimming pool (opened from alf june to alf september, from 9 am to 1 pm and from 3 pm to 8 pm),  discounts for the thermal baths in Casciana Terme, internet wi-fi free in the outdoor area in front of the house (not inside the apartment)

The prices not include: obligatory final cleaning € 35 per apartment, and gas for heating upon consumption (in winter, if needed) € 4,5/m3.
